Our online shop currently supports only PayPal:

If you want to use a different payment method, you can call us during business hours and we can take your credit card info (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, AmEx) over the phone.

How do I place an order?

If you have chosen a favorite product, then click “Add to cart”, and it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue to select products in our online store, adding to your shopping cart, as needed.If you have already completed the selection, then proceed directly to checkout.  The checkout button is on the top right corner of the page.

How can I change my order?

First go to your shopping cart.  Carefully check the contents of your basket. You can change the number of instances of the product or remove individual items by changing the quantity next to each item, then pressing “Update Cart” on the bottom.   If you want to remove items completely from your cart, simply click the ‘X” button to the left of the listed product.  If your cart is correct click “Checkout”. On the next step enter your personal information (contacts, name, shipping address).  Check if the information is correct and  then click “Proceed to PayPal.” If PayPal approves of your payment method, you will be redirected back to our website and should receive a conformation e-mail from us.

What I have to consider in the process of order?

When ordering, specify the actual phone number and shipping address in your account, otherwise the carrier will not be able to reach you and your order will be canceled. Depending on the size and weight of your goods as well as the delivery address specified in your account, you will be offered the available delivery methods. The term of delivery and the cost of courier delivery is calculated automatically by the system depending on your address, weight and size of your order, and the courier company that delivers to your region.


I'm not receiving my tracking information?

If you haven’t receive your package’s tracking information please check your e-mail provider’s Spam Box.

How long does it take to ship an order?

After you have submitted your order and paid via PayPal you should receive an e-mail within 10 mins saying “Order Processing”.  This is your confirmation we received your order.  Afterwards, it will take 2-3 business days to ship the order.   When the order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail that will give you a UPS tracking number.

Product Questions

What is the Purpose of Burning Sage, Palo Santo, and Frankincense?

It’s very good to burn all three incense together, Palo Santo and Sage clears out negative energies and Frankincense draws in positive energies (i.e. Saints, Angels etc.).
